About Us

Built for Tower Grove South

A clear, telehealth-first path into Missouri's medical cannabis program

Who We Are

TowerGroveSouthMarijuana.Clinic is an independent directory and telehealth scheduling platform connecting patients with Missouri-licensed practitioners for medical cannabis certifications. We're centered on Tower Grove South, but Missouri's certification process works statewide, and residency isn't even required. We are not a medical practice, dispensary, or pharmacy; we connect patients with qualified practitioners and explain the certification and state card process clearly.

How We Operate

Missouri-Licensed Practitioners

Every practitioner on our platform is an MD, DO, or nurse practitioner licensed in Missouri and authorized to issue medical cannabis certifications.

Private & HIPAA-Compliant

Telehealth visits happen on HIPAA-compliant platforms, with a genuine medical evaluation rather than a simple questionnaire. Your health information stays confidential throughout.

Missouri-Compliant

Every certification follows Article XIV of the Missouri Constitution and current Department of Health and Senior Services requirements.

The Short Version

Missouri's program works in two steps, and it's worth understanding both before you book. First, a Missouri-licensed physician, DO, or nurse practitioner evaluates you and, if your condition qualifies, issues a certification. Missouri does maintain a list of named qualifying conditions — things like cancer, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, and PTSD diagnosed by a psychiatrist — but practitioners also have discretion to certify other chronic or debilitating conditions. Second, that certification (good for 30 days for this purpose) lets you apply for a state Patient ID card through DHSS's Complia portal, currently a $28.14 fee. The card itself, once issued, is valid for three years and is what a dispensary actually checks when you go to purchase. Full details live at Missouri DHSS's cannabis program page.

How This Platform Is Funded

TowerGroveSouthMarijuana.Clinic is an advertising platform. Missouri-licensed practitioners pay for patient connection and marketing services. Those commercial relationships are disclosed in our Advertising Disclosure and play no role in any practitioner's clinical decisions. Questions? Use the contact form on our Terms & Policies page.
